After you’ve explored the guide, we’ll set up a complimentary 30‑minute online/or in person consultation. This isn’t a sales call — it’s simply a chance for us to connect face‑to‑face, talk about your dream day, answer questions, and make sure we genuinely vibe. No pressure, no pitch — just clarity, comfort, and connection.

Secure your date
If everything feels good and you’re ready to move forward, securing your date is simple. A 30% non‑refundable retainer reserves your wedding day, with the remaining balance due 14 days before the wedding. Once your retainer is paid and your contract is signed, your date is officially locked in and we begin building your photography timeline.
STEP 04
Picture time
When your wedding day arrives, we step in with a calm, steady presence and a clear plan. Together, Stephanie and Woody move through your day with intention — capturing emotion, portraits, and all the in‑between magic as it naturally unfolds. We follow the timeline we built with you, adjusting gently as needed, so your photography feels seamless, grounded, and beautifully true to your story.
STEP 05
Delivering your images
After the celebration, your images begin their journey home. You’ll receive 10 sneak peeks within 48–72 hours, followed by your full gallery within 6–8 weeks. Every collection includes a beautiful online gallery with high‑resolution downloads, Dark Horse’s signature dark and moody editing, and easy sharing for family and friends — all delivered in a space designed to feel intentional, elegant, and true to your day.
